My complaint:
I have not received a Bill from Duke Energy for more than a year. In order to pay my monthly bill I have to login to my account and get the amount that is due. When I click on view bill nothing happens, and the only information I receive from Duke Energy is the amount due. There is no detail on my account about energy usage and how my monthly bill is calculated. I have received projections of what my bill will be, then when I see the amount that is due, its far above the projection. Is there something rotten in the State of Denmark? Cannot even send an email to customer service from the Duke Energy Website and no phone number for customer service either.
Suggested solution:
My request is very simple. Duke Energy must provide me with a bill or an invoice every month. The bill must be a detail account of my energy usage and how they arrive at the amount that is due.
