My complaint:

Duke Energy trucks were removing brush behind my rentals at 401, 403, 405 and 52 Mcginity. The Bucket truck parked in between 401 and 52 Mcginity was loading brush in the truck, when I came back the Chain link fence and the 7 foot gate had been run into and bent backwards damaging it. I encase my Chain link fence in a cement border running the length of the fence, I can’t merely bend it back into shape, the fence has to be detached, the corner pole cut out of he cement and the 7 foot gate re-done. A new corner pole at Lowes is $25 to $30, the labor for 2 people cutting out the corner pole and re-cementing the ground mixed with the re-attachingre-stretching the fence line mixed with numerous parts having to be replaced puts damage and labor around $500.00. In addition 3 of those lots (401, 403 and 405) all have deep ruts all over my yard, cutting the grass is going to be an awful bouncy ride.

Suggested solution:

Send a crew to 401, 403 and 405 Mcginity and fill ruts with dirt till level. With the Chain Link fence damage either send me $500.00 to cover my maintenance men and replacement parts or hire a professional to come out and repair.......thanks.....Harry W. Fitzgerald III
