My complaint:
I was riding my brand new electric bike that I just received on Tuesday on the sidewalk in front of 1013 Woodside Ave. It was about 830 pm. The street light across the street doesn’t work and that area is very dark. The service to the house ( 1013 ) obviously was connected recently because it’s a new riser, and a new 50kva transformer on the pole. Well who ever did it busted about 8 to 10 of concrete out of the side walk to install it and then just walked away from it. Well I hit it, blew out my front tire and I went over the handlebars. The bike hit my groin area so hard that I almost threw up. Ruined the front tire of a bike that I still have the box in my living room..that’s how new it is.. this has to be fixed. If i hadn’t been wearing a helmet I would be in the hospital. I hit my head very hard. Thank you Jesus my wife shamed me into wearing one.
I’m very upset. Is this how your lineman leave jobs? This is on a city sidewalk right by a high school. Please respond to my complaint. 864 315 9669.

Fix the sidewalk and pay to fix my bike and my cell phone that broke when I wrecked.
