My complaint:
Duke Energy choose to run power lines across my property that I pay taxes on. You have limbs back all the way to the tree base. It is a pen oak tree that is huge. It is now starting to lean since it is so heavy on one side. I want Duke Energy to help pay for the removal of this tree which is now necessary because you removed all the limbs. I want a representative to come to this location and speak with me.
Suggested solution:
Send a representative to speak with me. Your tree removal service cut the limbs all the way back to the trunk. Now it is heavy on one side.
