My complaint:
Saturday feb 13 10:30 am, called to report complete power outage! 12:30 got a text saying they had to bring in more people from the state to work on outage, we would be getting another update before 9:30 pm! We did not! At 12:30 we received an email stating we should seek warmth and shelter elsewhere!?Have sick 14 year olds dog, not going anywhere!Been disappointed with Duke before , Hurricane Irene we were without power for 9 days!!
Suggested solution:
170 home on this grid without power! Are you kidding me? Not prepared well are you?This is a working class area with kids, get it together!
