My complaint:
They send me a bill saying , I didn’t paid the full amount. And they will shut off my power.The payment was paid 7221 at Wal-Mart. Duke Energy bill paid received same day.
Suggested solution:
To stop this harrasment , it happen once before. It needs to be investigated.
