My complaint:
April 2023 I was set up on a payment plan thru Duke I told him the payment is too high he said this is my only option my bill for the next month came and was 1900 I was able to pay 1400 I still got shut off,they now want the whole balance of 7000
I made several attempts to fig out a solution no one could help lower the payment I ask for a supervisor only for the lady to tell me she could not help!I was disappointed that a supervisor refused to speak with me. Please help

I can come up with some money not 7000 my husband is a veteran got covid in December that turned into pneumonia he was out of work until March please help
