My complaint:
I work night shift and sleep during the day so I don’t use much power but I have received an email once before for an light bill in my name but a different account number and since then my bill has doubled. I’m paying enough to be paying bills for two house holds and it’s not adding up. Last month it was $160 now I have a bill for $150. I’m being wrongfully charged.
Suggested solution:
Please check that I don't have two accounts and that I'm not paying for two bills or if someone else is using power in my name.
