My complaint:
Deposited our initial $5.00 bet. They sent an email the next day to say it hadn’t gone through but I could see in my checking account that it was taken from the account. We were able to make a few bets anyway and after winning we tried to cash out. Withdraw process says to enter the verification code sent to my email address. The code is never sent. We’ve tried for hours to get this code. Emails aren’t answered. There are no phone numbers to call for help. There is literally no way get in touch with this company. It’s such a scam. I want to file a lawsuit for fraud.
Suggested solution:
Simply award our winnings.
