My complaint:
I originally ordered from FALLS RD CARRYOUT and then I ordered from Dunkin Donuts all had the same driver. The driver went to Dunkin first they had none of my items so they canceled my order and DoorDash gave me the credit for that which was around $13 then the driver went to the next place and they gave him the wrong order he didn’t check and brought a sub to my place when I ordered pasta so I did not accept the wrong order now DoorDash will not refund my $20 and it was them who messed up my order
Suggested solution:
Refund the rest of my money so I can delete that app all together and just use Uber Eats
