My complaint:
I was wrongfully deactivated as a dasher, all that happened was I. Surrendered my NE driver’s license when I got my CO drivers license. This was communicated to the company via email phone call Checkr background updates. This was my only income at the time. As I expressed to them on several phone calls. I requested multiple call backs from a supervisor and received none. The review process was to take ten days on day 13 I was permanently deactivated
Suggested solution:
Allow me to work again immediately and compensate my lost wages for unfair treatment and deactivation.
