My complaint:

My mom tried to order a pizza around 4pm and the female at the counter was very rude. I encouraged my mom to try again around 8 as we didn’t want to deal with her further.

At 7pm I ordered online just to avoid any further problems. The online tracker said my ordered was delivered but it wasn’t. I called the pizza place to ask for clarification and the woman at the counter talked over me before I even got my question out. I called to ask about the pizza and I was interrupted were not taking any orders over the phone right now. I tried to speak again..and again she interrupted me. I then said can I speak first? I haven’t asked my question? I asked about my specific order and the female says we only got two orders out right now.
However that didn’t answer my question. I didn’t engage with her any further. She hung up the phone.

Suggested solution:

I'd like to be able to order my pizza online and have the tracker work.

I'd like to be able to talk with an employee that a respectful.

Neither of these options work right now.

I'd also like a discount because my wait time is beyond an hour and a half. I don't want to pay full price for horrible service!
