My complaint:

I placed an order this evening with a customer representative justine brooks @ 915-757-3433 is the phone number to the store location she was not paying attention to my order I asked her how much the chicken wings were and she automatically asks anything else I had to mention she needs to get off her phone and pay attention to the customers order and i asked again for the prices she gave me the prices but didn’t tell me my options. I had to ask her what my options were then I placed an order she gave me a total of $22 and some cents I paid for my order with a credit card. So the driver comes out delivers and asks for a payment. I told him I already paid the representative he calls the manager and they demand a payment I argued telling him that a payment was made already and the representative needs to pay attention to the customers. I asked why she took my payment if she didn’t charge my card I am upset that I threw my order back to the driver and I called the store I spoke to the manager karina falres I asked her what the representative did with my payment and asked her to check the cameras and the representatives belongings to make sure she didn’t write my information down for her personal usage because the payment was made she even asked for the zip code to the card in the past the zip code was never asked until today when my payment was not even made.

Suggested solution:

Check your cameras I called January 30 about 430pm to 5 pm. This has never happened before and if the representative wrote my information down she will be reported to the authorities for theft.
