My complaint:
ordered bogof pep passion.
waited in shop behind lady who was already waiting for order that said ready on screen, drivers taking orders out.
wrong pizzas given to customers who went out of shop, looked returned them. staff put back on shelf where other orders were.
staff kept ignoring our request for our pizzas.. my order wasn’t pepperoni, under cooked as taken out of oven too soon so they can get orders out quickly.
said to staff who gave me pizza that it wasn’t right to be told well do you want me to have to make another no, I had waited long enough.
asked for complaint email, as well as the other customers asking to be told we are busy, we have new person in shop
frankly I don’t care, I paid for pizza from respesctedpizza chain and I expect certain standards.. I could buy a cheaper pizza from papa John’s or pizza la vita.
I am disappointed by the food and customer service.
