My complaint:

I have ordered several times from the dominos pizza on park lane in dallas tx. This time was a nightmare. I called the store after 1hr inquiring about my delivery. The employee was very sharp, snappy and un accommodating. He asked told me i had not placed an order in over a year, which is not true i order delivery every 2-3 weeks. He asked me to provide the ation number. I asked him to hold while i look for it. He hung up. I called back with the number but he said he looked it up from the number i called on. I was told the phone number associated with the order was a 325 area code number. That is far west texas and u have no clue who it is. I asked for some compensation and was told i was the one who place the order on line and that is it. Another driver was sent and delivered my food cold. I am sure this is not how Dominos treats their customers.

Suggested solution:

Additional training for employees and discussion from district manager. Full compensation to me for an hour plus wait, rude employee, cold food.
