My complaint:

I actually have two complaints.
1)The Domino’s website is down approximately 95% of the time and directs me to contact the store directly to place my order. I wasn’t aware until my last visit that you don’t automatically get the points earned unless you request them when ordering through the store. This would explain why I haven’t accumulated nearly enough points although I order pretty frequently.
2) During my last visit on Sept 27 When I got home I noticed that one of my orders of lava cakes were not in the bag. Iimmediately C
contacted the store and spoke with Jesse who was extremely friendly and I requested that they please give me an order of mini garlic knots to make up for the inconvenience of having g to drive back to pick up my missing lava cakes. He replied that would be absolutely not a problem. Upon returning to the store I received my lava cakes but was told by Steve Campbell the general manager that Jesse never put in the order for the free garlic knots. I confronted Jesse who was outside on his break and he told me that was untrue. He had tried to put in for the free garlic knots but was told by Steve that he was not allowed because they cost more than the price of the lava cakes. What I find extremely professional how Mr. Steve Campbell lied to me about not knowing anything about the garlic when he is the store manager and could have easily explained the same thing instead of pretending that Jesse never placed the order for garlic bread. On top of that I feel if that is the company’s policy then he should have offered to refund my money for the lava cakes at the very least! I am filing this complaint through

Suggested solution:

I would like a coupon for free lava cakes and a coupon for free garlic knots or at least a pizza.
