My complaint:

I placed an order online. Usually when I do, I receive a ation and tracking notification. This time, I did not. As a result, I called the local store to see if my order had went through. The associate asked me to hold. I waited 10 minutes. She gets back on the phone and ask can I hold again. I said, if I may, I just want to know if your store received my order and proceeded with the address. She proceeded to ask another associate about the location in an ruling voice and hung up the phone. At this moment, I’m outraged so I head to the store because at this time, if they did receive my order I wanted a refund. The manager on duty came giving me all kinds of excuses and I seem irritated as well. Obviously, the order had not been received which is all I wanted to know so me and my family could eat. I left the store and went somewhere else. My husband and I order from here quite often, I’m not sure if we will in the future.

Suggested solution:

Be fully staffed because obviously they were not prepared for the volume or just rude and hanging up on faithful customers.
