My complaint:
Again on date 7292022 mgr on duty at the time 8:18 pm I walked in order what I need.. I explained that previous orders I always get it wrong.. unsatisfied with the food.. suddenly this mgr gets raunchy and arrogantly talking in Spanish that am a pendejo that comes with attitude..which is completely negative false.. am a attorney at law..
This behavior will stop as now…this is no a way to treat a customer that is loyal .
Suggested solution:
Give the proper training customer service know how to treat a customer good..not talking in spanish behind customer back and am a gringo ..an I understand it. I know dutch, Portuguese, Italian,Creole,English an Spanish, Russian, vietnamese language..
