My complaint:
I ordered a Pan pizza with extra cheese and for the record I have never had with this store. I called to let them know the pizza looked it might have been dropped because all the cheese was Stucked to the top of the cardboard. I Spoke to a women I should have taken her name and did she did not even apologized for the mistake she said I need the pizza back before I can make another. Well I waited and waited and nothing I called and spoke to Edwardo who was very nice and he told no one had put it another order for me. Wow some customer service well he said he would put in for me right away and he apologized. That is the worse customer service ever I have a customer service for 27 years and I would never treat my customer like that. My poor babies its 8:43pm and I’m still waiting this pizza to feed them.
Suggested solution:
She have answer the saying Dominos Pizza this is who ever may I help you and we apologize Mrs and will get that out to you right away not I need my pizza if we are making another and then not follow thru
