My complaint:
I ordered the 2 or more for 5.99. The wings that were an option on that coupon rang up 7.99. I called the store I ordered from to have the wrong price corrected and not only did the manager tell me that he was unable to fix the mistake but the only resolution he had was for me to contact corporate. This is unacceptable and I nearly canceled my order. I will not order from Dominos again, solely for the reason that I felt like the 5.99 promotion is not only misleading but a false advertisement.
Suggested solution:
A complete new order at the right price and the ability for the managers at the stores to have the ability to discount the orders as they ring up wrong. New customer service training put into place for managers so that when they deal with consumers they are able to make their experience a good one.
