My complaint:
I ordered the 16 pc garlic Parmesan chicken wings. When I got home from picking them up I noticed the box was grease soaked. This has never happened before and I have got these same exact chicken wings in the past. They had no garlic Parmesan on the chicken at all. It was garlic butter sauce. The chicken was soaked and soggy. I feel that since a mistake was made on the stores behalf, they could have sent someone out to right their wrong.
Suggested solution:
They could have had someone bring me my correct order.
