My complaint:
In regards to I have been coming to the same Domino’s for 10 years now. I have not ever receive such poor and unprofessional service from a manager standpoint. I receive my pizza at the window and check it also before I pulled off and notice that my order was wrong. I had a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99 . I had order it with just pepperoni bacon and extra cheese on thin crust and a order of cinnamon twist. When I noticed that the crust was hand tossed I mention it to Brandon the manager on duty. He rudely begin to ask me are you sure that’s what you order. I said of course I know what I order and he asks me to hand me my pizza. Takes my pizza in the window and then tells me he can’t do nothing about it hands it back and tells me to get out his drive thru line. Now again I have been coming here for a couple years. To receive such and attitude and told get out of line from a manager that is unacceptable from any employee of Domino’s Pizza. I run a business of my own and I could not bear to think that someone is representing my company like this. I did not get nasty with him I just told the gentleman that I know what I order if they’re offended him by any means He is in the wrong shoes to be a manager or even work for any company.
