Dominos Pizza complaint: Customer service Was Ridiculous

My complaint:

I called to place an order I was trying to ask about a certain pizza the girl told me she didn’t know what the pizzas were called. I then asked if she knew which pizza had different meats and veggies on it. She said she didn’t know what come on them. So I asked does your computer screen not give you a list of pizzas with toppings. She huffed then told me a few different pizzas. Then proceeded to ask me was I thru ordering now. Never said her name never asked my name or verified if the phone number and name that popped up matched. Gave me a total and said be ready in 45 minutes and hung up. I mean i have worked in food all my life and currently work in a High School lunchroom. I understand the stress that comes with the food industry but have some kind of customer service.

Suggested solution:

Maybe hire more friendly people. Or just take what I posted in my complaint and re-educate there staff on phone friendliness. I just know when I call in a order I don't expect to be treated like I'm a nuisance by calling. Remember without a great customer base there would be no Domino's.
