My complaint:
I placed a order in for some wing before noon for lunch.
the gentleman told me 15 minutes and hey will be ready.
I arrived at the place a the door was lock due to virus.
I called and a lady told me that it will be longer but she could come and get my money.
After waiting another 10 minutes a gentleman and his grandkid came to the door and knocked. one of the workers open the door and gave them their food.
I was parked right in front of the building. no customer services was provided.
Suggested solution:
nothing they lost my business.
