My complaint:
I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and got 4 cubes pieces of chicken on the sandwich when u called to say something the guy on the phone laughed and told me I didn’t now what I was talking about, well I’m a good service director so I do now what I’m talking about. This was wrong and rude of him and he didn’t even offer to make a new one.
Suggested solution:
Do what u think is best. But I feel they should be written up and shown how to make the food right, and teach them how to talk to customers on the phone.
