My complaint:
I went to Dominos back in July 2020, after placing an order with my free points. When I got to the location:
1710 Berryessa Rd Ste 102, San Jose, CA 95133
They said my coupon was fakeinvalid and wouldn’t give me my earned reward!
I called corporate to complain, to which they gave me 2 free pizzas and one appetizer reward. When I said the reward isn’t showing up in my account, they told me to call the specific location and the reward will be in their account notes.
Today, I called the location again, and the guy on the phone said there’s nothing like that on there end. I really am frustrated right now. I’ve been getting domino’s for as long as I can remember. It used to be the only place open for deliver at 1am back in Davis, CA when I went to college. And it was literally 10 feet away from my apartment in Hayward, CA. I think this location in specific (in San Jose, CA) is the problem.
Suggested solution:
The employees at this location are rude. I had the name of the employee who gave me issues, and gave it the representative when I first called corporate. I don't remember it now. I think these employeeswhoever is running this location needs to really get their act together.
This issue was initially claimed to be resolved by adding 2 free pizzas and a starter to my account notes at the specific location. I think first and foremost, the employees need to be re-trained. As for my rewards, why not just add it to my account? I really don't mind driving an extra 15 minutes so I don't have to deal with the people at this location.
