My complaint:
Placed an order( 1004, code XHVRrDT4) for pick up at about 5:25 pm yesterday. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. Had to correct the order when the fellow on the phone got it wrong. Went to the store at 5:40. Was told one pizza was ready but the other was still in the oven. At 5:55 went back in and met the fellow at the door, coming to bring my pizzas. When I got home I found that pizza 1 on the order was cool, and it seemed to have quite a bit of sauce (it was ordered light sauce).
Suggested solution:
I think it would be fair for them to give me some coupons equivalent to the cost of one of the pizzas ($12.17).
