My complaint:

I ordered on line. When I came to the store to pay the Manager Ryan was very rude. Apparently the credit card machine didn’t work, he said he could enter my numbers but he couldn’t read the numbers on my card so he said I couldn’t get my food. So as I was just standing there I had made a remark that it wasn’t my problem the credit card machine was down. He then proceeded to be even more rude and say “it’s my problem today”! He then threw and he literally threw it to the side and walked to the back office where he was no longer visible. I left and found a store I could get cash back at and returned to purchase my food because my daughter is at home waiting for this pizza! A nice young lady and young man re made my order and I purchased it with cash..all this could have been avoided if he would have just simply said I’m sorry for the inconvenience there’s a store nearby where you could get cash and maybe even a 10% discount but he was just completely rude. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I would never as a manager get upset with a customer. I was shocked when he said he was the manager.

Be a little kinder in a world filled with so much negativity and hate. If your a manager you should no how to talk to people is all saying. He made a huge mistake for telling me I had a problem today because his store credit card machine wasn’t working. He needs to be retrained on customer service if anything.
