My complaint:
On 101520 @ 7:24 we placed an order for carry out. We were told it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. We went to pickup our order and was there before 8:00. Which is within the 25 to 30 minute time frame. At 8:25 we called to see about our order. The person that answered the phone stated they would get to us when they got to us. We will not be going back to this store.
Suggested solution:
We were extremely patient and for the person on the phone to be so rude and not even try to offer an explanation as what the problem was is just bad customer service.
