My complaint:

I called the above store around 5:30 pm. I spoke with a young lady named Marley. The order was large meat lovers 2liter bottle of Coke. Marley said 35 to 40 minute for delivery. I have a part time job less than a mile from the store. i only get 30 mins for lunch. I agreed to the time. An hour passed with no delivery. I tried calling back and a young man answered and said it will be TWO HOURS for delivery. I informed him what Marley said and he placed me on hold and he hung up on me. I called back again, Marley answered and i asked about my food. She said it was made and it will be two hours for delivery. I said that’s not you told me over an hour ago. I said i wanted a refund and to cancel my order. Marley told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to refund my payment. I have never been treated like that in my life. I am a Disabled Combat Veteran, all i wanted was to eat a hot meal.

Suggested solution:

I want an apology. I want better service. I don't want to be lied to. I treat people with dignity and respect. I want to be treated the same way.
