My complaint:
I had placed an order online and normally i get extra cheese on the whole pizza however this time i wanted regular cheese. In taking off the extra cheese I guess it took all the cheese off and when the pizza arrived it was not eatable! I called management and explained I could return the whole pizza and the manager refused a discount or replacment.
Suggested solution:
replaced the pizza for free
