My complaint:

I received 60 points because you all made a mistake the last time my pizza was delivered. I tried to use the point today I’m trying to use my card to pay the delivery fee. It kept saying said it was declining my card yet when I looked on my statement it said that you took the 2.99. When I call the store he said it had not went through. Sign still cannot order my pizza because it still will not take my card even though it states on my end that your company did. Now I have no pizza and no points. I’m also disappointed that my delivery place has been mood two different side of town that I do not approve of. I want my regular place back. , every time I use this when there is a problem
