My complaint:
I ordered 2 medium pizzas for my granddaughter on 9-1-2020. I ordered it the night before with a 12:15 delivery time to Ranger High school. It did not get there until 12:35 which left her with only 15 minutes to eat. Really less by the time she actually got it and got to the cafeteria.
Suggested solution:
I called and complained and the lady said well what do you want me to do about it. I said it would be nice if they could inform the school and students when there will be a delay. To me that is common curiosity. She was rude when I said they need to make it right. She didn't say anything. I ended up hanging up after several minutes of silence.
