Dominos Pizza complaint: Second time, called in order and pizzas weren’t even on file

My complaint:

I called into Domino’s 20 mins before I arrived to pick up my order. I was given a total and told it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived and they used the same excuse they used last time must have been something wrong with the system. I CALLED and spoke to a PERSON! This literally just happened the last time I ordered from here. I asked to speak to a manager. Some kid comes up and says he’s the assistant manager. He offers me the same deal I’m already getting. Last time they did absolutely nothing. This time they did absolutely nothing.

Suggested solution:

They should have compensated for my time, this time AND last time. You would think customer retention would be a target here seeing as Dominos was shut down in this town before due to horrible customer service.
