My complaint:
Hi There,
My Name is Neal Mehta and love Dominos pizza until today but look the attachments and see the quality of the pizza.
I have ordered the pizza today to pick up around 5:30.P.m and I went there to pick up at 5:30.P.M paid for my order.
After 15 to 20 min still, my order was not ready so approach to counter and asked what’s going on? other side Store manager SAM very rude saying you can’t see that we are busy .. wooooooow what a customer service.. instead of saying sorry he was very rude.
Like around 6:00.P.M I left the store and came home and open the box look the quality of pizza.. is it Dominos’s standard now ???? (Do you think this pizza is eatable) ?
I am sure will not come back to Dominos again and post an article on the internet to show how dominions deal with customers.
Very poor customer services.
