Complaint: Order cancelled on delivery…tip given to driver

My complaint:

Dominoes Pizza 5246 Hammond, La. I placed an order @8:33 pm at which point I was given a delivery time of 52-62 minutes. I used the tracker and my order went to quality control at 9:06 pm. 35 minutes later when it hadn’t moved to delivery I started making calls. There were a total of 16 calls none of which were answered and the line was hung up on 3 of those calls. I received a text at 10:02 that my order was out for delivery. I tried to cancel via text which does not go to a usable At 10.19 pm I received a text that they were in my driveway. They were not until 6 minutes later. I refused to pay! This is a shoddy way at the least for them to do business.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I consider this unresolvable when they could not even bother to answer their business phone or make a simple call to update me. Furthermore, there is no way to contact them, although there is a complaint button, it is unusable until your order is out for delivery.
