Dominos Pizza complaint: I might’ve well gotten the pizza ‘next day’

My complaint:

I ordered pizza for a workplace function at 11:45am because it said the estimated delivery was 26-36 minutes. The pizza arrived after almost 100 minutes and was lukewarm (104 degrees to be precise, we have a temperature gun we’re required to use in the office).

Suggested solution:

Refund the order or comp us a delivery in the future because half of the people wound up getting other food anyway. Please also let me know why I can only fill out a complaint via calling and not message? I'm not going to audibly complain about this in an office environment. This just made me more mad.
