My complaint:
I have tried to order a pizza from dominos in my location using the dominos app, swiggy app and zomato app. However, I’m unsuccessful in doing so because the nearest outlet in Baghajatin is probably not functioning. The other outlets are just a couple of kilometers away but they also refuse to deliver. This is complete incompetence for such a reputed franchise like Dominos. If the outlet is not functioning then it is not our job to find a replacement outlet that will deliver in that area. Also your customer care number is not working.
Suggested solution:
Since this particular outlet is not delivering, a substitute outlet should be given the job of delivering to this area which is very close to all the other outlets as well!
