My complaint:

I ordered me some pizza along with a cookie pie on the app for delivery, my food had been out of the oven for over an Hour so I decided to call and see what time it would arrive to me. I spoke to one lady who put me on hold and a different person picked up the phone. He explained to me that it would take up to a total of 2 hours because they were 2 hours behind so I asked him if my food was just sitting he tells me yes it is. So I request for my order to be re made since It would have been sitting out for 2 hours he then tells me that my order would then take ANOTHER 2 hours to get to me witch I did not quite understand considering it only takes about 15-20 min for my order to get out of the oven. I have children that I have to feed and I’m not wanting to feed cold pizza! I eat here often about once a week if not more! This is unacceptable. I placed this order on September 8 2020 at about 7:50-8

He could have simply re made the order for me since it would have been another hour for my food to get to me
