My complaint:
I called Domino’s to ask how much longer my order would take because there was a pin point on the tracker outside of my house after waiting almost 2 hours after the website said about a 2-hour wait. When a woman answered the phone saying my delivery would be another 45mins. I simply asked since my food was made at 8pm and they say my delivery would not be made until 11pm if my food could be remade. In response the woman said very rudely and obnoxiously she’s “not making my food again and she doesn’t care and that I should’ve known it was a 3 hour wait” when I was going off of the time the website told me. I responded by asking to speak with her manager because she was being very rude and yelling at me over the phone. She proceeded to say she was the manager then she hung up in my face. I tried to called back to speak with someone else but she answered the phone and instantly hung up in my face. I am very disappointed in this establishment and the people you hire as “managers”! I’ve worked at dominos and the managers are NEVER professional.
Suggested solution:
I would like repercussions taken to this Manager! I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way!
