My complaint:
Then refuses to remake it after she figures out who I am she called back and said she wouldn’t make it and hung up on me when I called back she picked me up and put me on hold…..a manager is not supposed to act like that regardless of whether or not she likes me she has a job to do.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be wrote up if not fired! The store itself will reflect on her
