My complaint:

Was in a car crash and lost my car. Couldn’t deliver, John wouldn’t let me work inside the store although he allowed other drivers to work inside the store. He let Kevin Brennan walk out of the store and then rehired him as well. Was wrongfully treated by him. I have asked multiple times to change my schedule because I couldn’t make the time and he wouldn’t do it. When he works inside the store he has airpods in and watches netflix making it nearly impossible to talk to him as well. I believe John Stidham has a good heart, but he’s not manager material. This store has had cockroaches, fights, yelling, cussing, they close and cancel orders early. I do not know the qualifications to run the store, but I would definitely update your policy. I am not the first employee to complain about him, but hopefully I am the last.

Suggested solution:

Have a sitdown with John, ask him why he isn’t abiding by the rules. Maybe keep a higher up in the store and watch him carefully and rebuild the team there.
