My complaint:

My name is Amir Ibrahim and I have been customer with you for long time and today I got the worst customer service ever and I’m realy upset !!!

I used to live in Hayward and I moved to Stockton like one year ago and I keep ordering from this address for the past year and today by mistake for some reason the App or me O didn’t notice that put my previous address and I called That GUY!!! I don’t know his name but seriously he is 0 experience !! I told him there is mistake and please cancel this order we have already submitted another order from Stockton office. And he started to talk in really very bad way and told us why you did that and this is your fault and I told him don’t talk with me like that and I will talk with your manager and he didn’t care!! Please Guy like this man will definitely make you lose more customers!!!

i want to make sure my order is canceled snd my money is back and this guy need to learn how to answer the phone or is best never do it again!
