My complaint:
I ordered my food at 6:47pm and the receipt says the food will take approximately 13-28 minutes for delivery. My food stayed in the prepping stage for 20 minutes, which is when I called the store. The representative stated that the food was being prepped. It’s not been 40 minutes of my food in the prepping stage and the location itself has now turned the tracker off so I cannot see the progress of my food. I’m 5 months pregnant and have 4 year and we are starving. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund for this order.
