My complaint:
I called to order hung up quick thought I dialed wrong number called right back spoke with a lady who said pick up in 20 minutes told me the costWent to pick up order lady said we can’t find it you didn’t place a order I said yes I did.Showed her my phone she said that’s our number.so she got the lady who takes orders.The lady said no you didn’t I said yes I did.she said let me check my phone came back said it was only 30 sec. No call I said I hung up and called right back well some lady took it.look at my phone.she raised her voice during the conversation and again said you didn’t.then shut the drive up window. I called back to speak to manager a lady said in a rude voice you did speak to her I said that’s crazy shes rude she said yes it is. I felt she refer to me as a liar but I told the truth she needs to take responsibility for her on mistakes and not turning them on others.Other people have complained.
Suggested solution:
Please talk to manager on customer satisfaction and having a pleasant attitude and not to be rude but listen to customiers.
And resolve the problem by being responsible for their mistakes
