Dominos Pizza complaint: Pizza received in Spoilt condition

My complaint:

I ordered a Indi Tandoori Paneer Pizza and on receiving the order, the Pizza was completely spoilt and was stuck to the Pizza box. I had to throw it away as it was not consumable.

Suggested solution:

I need refund for my order
