My complaint:
I had a delivery person who called me to my leasing office to pick up my order..All deliveries are supposed to be CONTACTLESS..he was rude in telling me that the instructions say meet at leasing office..First of all ,why is he arguing with me when I know that he is aware of all deliveries are CONTACTLESS..he then stated that I didn’t give a gatecode..there is NO GATECODE..And I paid for bleu cheese and didn’t get it…
Suggested solution:
I don't know how they should resolve it!! why should I have figure out how to resolve my own complaint..if I could resolve it then what is my purpose for complaining..and as angry as I was I still tipped him 6$..on a 16$ order
