My complaint:
I placed an order for one large buffalo chicken pizza at the Fulton ny store at 6:30 pm on Saturday September 19th 2020. At 7:50pm I called the store and was told my order was not received. Was asked for the order number which was 130. I was told my pizza was just coming out of the oven after an hour and a half wait and that I can come into the store. I then told the girl on the phone that this was for delivery, she then placed me on hold for the 3rd time and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called the store back, was placed on hold again and then after waiting almost 5 minutes I was told the pizza was just coming out of the oven again, and would be 20-25 minutes til it would be delivered even though my order was placed at 6:30 pm. This is ridiculous that one single pizza takes over 2 hours with no apologies or explanations why.

I'd like a full refund
