My complaint:

I placed an order today and I had a gift card for the order. It was a slightly large order and I would have ordered ahead but unfortunately when paying with a gift card you can’t do so. I left a 20% tip as well. I thought all was well until I looked at one of the boxes and it had a bodly and underlined message telling me to order ahead next time. I absolutely would have ordered ahead but it was impossible to do so online or on the app. Plus I’ve had a smaller order that took over 2 hours to arrive and was incorrect. This one took about an hour. If I misread it as an option to order ahead then it is my mistake but it very strongly suggested being annoyed at my order.
