My complaint:
Placed my order at 5:15 PM the guy said it would be done in about 8 to 10 minutes
Got to the dominoes about 10min after placing order got in line and asked for my order gave the guy my phone number and he told me it would b a 15min Waite bc it was in the oven. I at first was ok with it I assumed it was still in the oven . So I went to my truck I waited another 15 minutes and went in for my order . When I gave the guy my name they could not find my order he then said I’m sorry sir I forgot to place your order in so I had to wait again for them to start my pizza’s Apparently when I placed my order at 5:15 PM the guy that took my order forgot to place my order and also forgot when I went in to go pick up my order so in total I waited 45 minutes for four pizzas I think that is absolutely unacceptable

And as for how to resolve it I don’t know I will leave that up to y’all but there’s something definitely need to Be done about that ridiculously long wait time that I had to endure if needed I have pictures of when i place to call with the time witch is 5:14 and the picture of the time on the box of pizza when they handed it to me
